Meaning:
1.⁠ ⁠Exemption/Permission: Special permission to be excused from something you’d normally have to do.
2.⁠ ⁠Distribution: The act of giving out or dealing out something.
3.⁠ ⁠Religious/Historical: A period of time in history, or God’s way of dealing with people.

Pronounced: dis-pen-SAY-shun
From Latin dispensare = "to distribute, manage"
